Recently, our company (Zhanjiang Weida Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd.) received the system certification of"Enterprise Intellectual Property Standardization Management"which issued by China Standard (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. (Certificate No.: 18117IP1354ROS)
At present, it has more than 20 patented technologies, and has provided more than 2000 enterprises with professional production programs to help enterprises achieving capacity reform and technological upgrading. According to the relevant regulations of China National Accreditation Administration (CNCA) and the national standard GB/T29490-2013 Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations,on September 20, 2017,the experts from intellectual property management system of China Standard (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. visited our company to make one-day on-site audit and certification for the operation of our intellectual property system. The experts adopt the ways of interview,access to information and on-site inspection for Seven related departments, including enterprise management, technology research and development, information technology, production planning, etc.The experts have conducted a comprehensive review of intellectual property management in technology development, product publicity, production and sales, etc. Who approved the adequacy, effectiveness and suitability of our intellectual property management system.In the meantime,we have discussed with the experts on the operation,maintenance of the intellectual property management system, the retrieval of patents, and the risk prevention and control.
The examined identification standardized the management of intellectual property of enter prise effectively,and improving the management level of intellectual property of enter prise,which is the inevitable result of our company attaching importance to the independent innovation of enterprises and the construction of intellectual property system.At the meantime,it also plays a demonstration and leading role in the implementation of the National Standards of Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations.
